Pre-Order!

1. What is a Preorder?

A preorder means the item is not currently in stock but is expected to arrive soon. Preorders allow you to secure high-demand items in advance before they officially restock. If the item you are ordering is a PRE ORDER, this will clearly be advertised before purchase.

2. Estimated Arrival

Preordered items are expected to arrive the Thursday of the following week after the order is placed. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to courier, supplier, or customs issues beyond our control.

The estimated delivery date is within the product description.

3. Delays

While rare, delays can happen. If your preorder is delayed, we will notify you via email or SMS as soon as we receive an update from our supplier. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations, however this is on a very rare occasion.

4. Payment

Payment for preorder items is taken at the time the order is placed to secure your item. Preorders are treated as final sales and are within correspondence to our T&C’s & Order Related Policy’s. 

5. Changes to Orders

If you need to change your shipping address or other details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your preorder so we can ensure all order details are correct for the time of dispatch.

6. Combined Orders

If you order in-stock items along with preorder items, the entire order will be shipped together when the preorder arrives. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please order them separately.

7. Rare Cancellations

In rare cases, your preorder may be cancelled due to unforeseen supplier or stock issues — for example, if we are unable to collect or receive the stock as planned. Although stock is confirmed with our supplier in advance, situations outside of our control may affect fulfillment. If this happens, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.
