Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase! However should you need to return an item, please read the information below before completing your return. 

We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered or ready for collection.

 

ITEMS MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Returned within 14 days
  • In brand new condition as received
  • Tags still attached
  • No marks, makeup, tan, smells or signs of wear
  • Not washed or damaged
  • Name and order number included inside the parcel. 
  • Packaged securely and sealed

 

ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:

  • Tags are removed. 
  • Item smells of perfume, deodorant, smoke or odour. 
  • Makeup, tan or marks are present. 
  • Item has been worn, washed, stretched or damaged. 
  • No name or order number inside the parcel. 

 

IMPORTANT TIMEFRAME

The 14 days starts from:

  • The delivery date for posted orders
  • The date your order is ready for collection for local orders (not when collected)
  • If you have requested your order to be saved (to combine postage with future orders) the return period starts from the date of original order. 


We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days. 

This timeframe is also dependant on banking providers terms, how long they take to process transactions and the processing times at our end as we work through each return individually. 
Rest assured we always aim to process refunds within the allocated time provided so please allow up to this time before contacting us. 

A full inspection will be carried out upon receipt of all returns. Please ensure you keep your tracking number for your return to ensure that the parcel has been delivered to us. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked service. We are unable to confirm the delivery status prior to refund. And we will not be held liable for any returns not delivered to us, nor will  we be able to compensate you should your return go missing. 

House Of Fashion Boutique reserves the right to reject items returned after the return period or which are not in original condition.

 

SALE ITEMS - CREDIT NOTE ONLY 

  • Sale items are credit note only
  • If you have been issued a credit note, the balance of credit note will be available when logged into your customer accounts, or later at checkout where it can be selected as a payment option, which amount will be deducted from your total order value. 

 

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If items turn out to be faulty, customers have up to 28 days after receiving the order to obtain a full refund. We will not be held liable for any faults caused by negligence by customers for example, but not limited to, pulls, general wear and tear, loss of buttons and any fault caused by not following care instructions. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

For any faulty items, we require photographic evidence immediately on delivery clearly showing the fault. Please send these photos via email houseoffashiondriffield@gmail.com OR Facebook Messenger.

If your order does arrive damaged, incorrect item, & or other issue, please contact us to arrange a returns label, or please address your return back to us and we will reimburse the costs of up to £4.99, the original postage cost.  The returned item will be inspected and if the item is deemed to be no fault of our own, a postage charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the return postage amount.
