UK EXPRESS DELIVERY – £4.99

Tracked delivery via Royal Mail or DPD

We use a combination of Royal Mail 24hr and DPD Next Day services to deliver your order. The courier used will depend on the size, weight and value of your parcel.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

Although we often dispatch sooner, during busy periods there may be a slight delay whilst we work through orders in the order they were received.

Orders are dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Orders placed after our final collection on Friday will be dispatched on the next working dispatch day.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email.

If your parcel is sent with a tracked service, you’ll also receive tracking details directly from the courier.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your parcel has been dispatched, not from the date your order was placed.

Whilst most parcels arrive within the estimated delivery time, delays can occasionally occur and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Important Information

• Delivery services are calculated in working days only.
• Weekends and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days.
• If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll be happy to investigate.
