CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes! We do offer a click and collect service at our office based in Driffield East Yorkshire. Our opening times for this are as follows,

Monday 9 am – 3 pm

Wednesday 9 am – 12 pm

Friday 9 am – 12 pm

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes we do, if you're unhappy with your item, and would like to return please see our RETURNS POLICY PAGE for all information regards to your return.

DO YOU DO GIFT CARDS OR VOUCHERS?

Yes, we most certainly do.

If you would like a gift voucher please don't hesitate to get in touch with us, you can find our contact details on our website. We offer any amount you require.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?

From the date we receive the returned order, we ask to allow up to 14 working days for us to process the returns, and a further few working days the funds to show in your account.

WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAGE METHODS?

DPD Next Day Delivery £4.99

We use DPD as our courier service for all parcels. All orders are tracked so please be aware of this.
Our working days with DPD are

Monday to Friday

If you have not received your delivery within 7 working days, please feel free to contact us.

We cannot be held liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our own reasonable control.
